Default New PSN Subaccount = 4 Empty Profiles?

My uncle and I co-own one ps3. He was the one who created the PSN Account since he was the one using it after our ps3 first had its 1st firmware update. The problem is, he used his personal email address for the PSN Account and he's not willing as of the moment to share his password to me. So I can't to stuff XMB stuff that require the password.

I'm gonna try making a subaacount later because the master account w/ the DS profiles are already full and I want to make a new character.

Will I get 4 fresh empty slots for DS w/ the new subaccount?

If I log-in using the master account again, will I need to re-type the email password or will the system remember the password?

    Thanx for the future replies.

you should get 4 characters for each PSN account that you have. as far as the system remembering passwords, i have no idea.

Yes. And if you make another PS3 login, 4 more new DS slots. Remember that trophies are separate to each login.

When you create new login account on the PS3, upon boot, the PS3 will sit there until you choose which login to use. If the original login has a PSN password set-up to automatically login to PSN, then it will continue to auto-login when you chose to run that login on the PS3. Same with any new logins you create. Although I have not tried using the same PSN account for different PS3 logins, I believe you must have a separate PSN account for each PS3 login.

Thanx for the reply guys. My questions have been answered by actually making a new PSN account yesterday. Too bad I just found out now, my DS plat is in the old account.

Not to be rude, but your uncle sounds like a ****.

But, good luck on your new profile
